Mobile Patrol
24-hour emergency security response
Mobile Patrol
Blackhawk Security’s Mobile Security Division operates 24 hours a day, providing reliable mobile security services across Harare. Our mobile security drivers work in a variety of environments to help protect clients, employees and properties by responding to alarms, conducting high-visibility patrols on foot and in company vehicles, carrying out property inspections to deter theft, trespassing and vandalism, and providing rapid emergency response to static security sites.
Our drivers demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional and reliable approach, at least 2–3 years of local driving experience, a minimum of 6 months of security experience, and a Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

Field Support Supervisors
Ensuring quality and excellence in security services
Field Support Supervisors
Our Field Support Supervisors are responsible for maintaining high standards and quality assurance across our security sites while providing leadership, training and operational support to security officers in the field. This is a mobile role involving regular site visits and post inspections, staff training, coaching and mentoring, as well as responding to emergency situations. Our Field Support Supervisors serve as Management’s representative outside standard business hours, ensuring effective security operations and client support.
Our Field Support Supervisors work 12-hour shifts, maintain a professional demeanor, perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments, and have at least 6 months of security and supervisory experience, as well as a Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.

NOSC Operator / Security Dispatcher
First point of contact for employee safety and support
NOSC Operator / Security Dispatcher
Our NOSC Operators are the first point of contact for inbound employee calls to Head Office and play a vital role in supporting employee safety and wellbeing in the field. This key customer service and operations position involves communicating with employees, clients and alarm companies, dispatching appropriate mobile security resources to various sites, coordinating after-hours requests, monitoring scheduled check-ins and ensuring security personnel remain accounted for while on duty.
Our NOSC Operators work effectively in a fast-paced environment and are able to multitask, problem-solve, analyse situations and make sound decisions quickly. They have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and are licensed security personnel with the ability to respond professionally and efficiently to changing situations.

Security Site Manager
Effectively managing and mentoring a team of security professionals
Security Site Manager
Our Security Site Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security services at client sites, while effectively managing, supporting and mentoring a team of security professionals. Our Site Managers ensure security procedures, guidelines and standards are consistently followed, conduct regular safety inspections and audits, respond to emergency situations, and maintain accurate records including incident reports, shift summaries and investigation reports. They are expected to maintain a strong understanding of each site and work closely with our Operations Managers to ensure we consistently meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Our Security Site Managers are experienced security professionals with proven supervisory and leadership experience, occupational first aid certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a positive, professional attitude.

Operations Coordinator
Our Operations Coordinators are strong team players and organised professionals who oversee administrative and operational communication between the office and field staff. They are responsible for scheduling employees, coordinating vacation and leave requests, maintaining employee information and records, coordinating site-specific training and supplies, and providing excellent customer service to clients, employees, prospective clients and Blackhawk Security representatives.
Our Operations Coordinators are experienced professionals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer service mindset and the ability to multitask, stay organised and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced security environment.

Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is directly responsible for overseeing Blackhawk Security’s service delivery, maintaining strong and effective client relationships, and managing the day-to-day security operations for our clients. The role is multi-faceted, with responsibilities including leading and managing employees, conducting site reviews and risk assessments, performing incident analysis and investigations, ensuring effective resource allocation, and providing clients with advice on best-practice security policies and procedures. Operations Managers also make recommendations and identify potential security risks and areas of exposure.
Our Operations Managers have proven management experience, strong industry knowledge, leadership and supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of building strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders at all levels.
